**Now Hiring: Experienced Server with Basic Bar Knowledge - Downtown Nanaimo**
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Server with basic bar knowledge** to join our team for the busy summer season. Our restaurant is located in a **hotel in downtown Nanaimo**, and we thrive in a **fast-paced, high-volume environment**. We are looking for someone who is open to working both daytime and evening shifts.

- You have experience in a high-volume restaurant (hotel experience is a bonus).
- You’re flexible and open to both **day and night shifts**.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and serve guests promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to spec when no bartender on duty
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards.
- Efficiently operate the POS system for order entry and cash handling.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure all guests are well cared for.
