**International Student Marketing and Recruitment Specialist**

**About English Encounters**:
Located in Burlington, Ontario, English Encounters is a designated learning institute specializing in ESL (English as a Second Language) education for international students. We are committed to providing top-quality language training in a supportive environment.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Recruitment Specialist. This position combines sales and marketing responsibilities aimed at enhancing our market position and student recruitment efforts in selected areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain networks with educational agents and institutions to recruit students from LATAM, Asia, and within Canada.
- Design and execute targeted marketing and sales strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize marketing efforts through continuous monitoring and adjustment of strategies.
- Maintain an active and engaging social media presence, creating and posting content at least twice weekly.
- Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students regarding admissions, program selection, and educational strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree from a recognized college or university.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably involving international students.
- Must have a valid work permit valid for no less than one year.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese) is highly advantageous.
- Experience with Canadian ESL schools is preferred.
- Strong digital literacy, particularly in social media management.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.

**Compensation**:

- $18/hour plus commission.
- Part-time position, Monday to Friday. Hybrid work arrangements possible.
