**Position Summary**

Bluum is seeking a strategic and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive key initiatives within our internal marketing department, including channel marketing efforts. This role requires a skilled project leader who can seamlessly integrate all facets of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and partner expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Project Leadership: Lead the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strategy Alignment: Work closely with marketing executives to ensure all projects align with strategic business goals and strengthen brand identity.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Channel Marketing: Project plan channel marketing strategies, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources appropriately to maximize efficiency and outcomes, managing schedules, and adjusting as necessary to meet project demands.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including key performance indicators, to stakeholders and upper management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project timeline and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the outcomes of marketing projects to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement in future projects.

***Education & Skill Requirements**
- Proven experience in project management within a marketing environment, with a strong understanding of channel marketing dynamics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Adaptability and resilience, with a proven track record of navigating through ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Experience with project management software and tools, with a keen understanding of marketing technologies and digital tools.
- Experience with Asana, Monday, and HubSpot is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
