**What role you will play?**:
The SAP HCM Benefits and Pension Configurator is involved in planning, conducts analyses, and executes the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP HCM software systems with attention to detail. This individual can also write scripts and/or make configuration settings to implement functionality in SAP to support business requirements. The Configurator can contribute to the development of configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.

**What you'll be responsible for? (Apart from Innovating)**:

- Work collaboratively in a project team environment.
- Assess business requirements and define test scenarios for a change.
- Prepare system configuration and process documentation as required.
- Define and execute test scripts and provide support to various test teams as required
- Participates in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies.
- Prepare and implement the technical solution to the production environment.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Provide post implementation support of the technical solution.

**What does it take for this role to be yours?**:

- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP HCM Benefits and Pension solutions.
- Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts / processes.
- Extensive experience on SAP upgrades and related testing.
- Good understanding of business processes, system risk, and controls to mitigate system risk.
- Agile project development and product support.
- Jira experience for issue tracking and project delivery.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in effectively interacting and communicating with business teams, consolidating business requirements and translate them into IT deliverables.

**Additional skills that sets you apart**:

- Strong SAP ABAP debugging knowledge, including the ability to read code and/or run a program in debug mode.
- Good time management skills to work both in a project team and support team role managing multiple work assignments in parallel.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to react quickly to resolve problems.
- Knowledge and experience in implementation of various SAP HCM testing methodologies.
- Interpersonal skills, proven to flourish working in a fast-paced environment.
- Sharp analytic and problem-solving capabilities that go beyond strict technical expertise.
- Detail oriented, possessing strong analytical skills and the ability to work self-managed or collaboratively as part of a team.

**Other Nice to Haves**:

- Knowledge of remaining SAP HCM Modules (Time Management, PA, OM, etc.)
- Experience in other SAP modules (OTC, FICO, CRM, MM, etc.)
- Experience with Web Dynpro, Fiori, HTML5
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Experience with test automation tools such as UFT
- Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies
- S4/Hana experience

**Education and certification**:

- Academic: undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, collegiate diploma in computer science or equivalent experience (required)
- Certifications: SAP certification (asset), Lean / LSS / Six Sigma, ITIL foundations (Asset),
