**Purpose**:
Reporting to the Manager, Library Operations, this position provides assistance to Circulation staff, facilitates access to library study space for Osgoode students, and other related duties.

**Education**:
High School Diploma

**Experience**:
Library experience preferred. Experience working in a post-secondary education environment preferred. Familiarity with library information systems, room reservation systems, or related online databases preferred. Familiarity with law library resources preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills. ability to answer questions in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Ability to deal courteously, professionally and effectively with patrons
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to multitask
