Must have office experience
Duties include:
- data entry
- handling customer orders and ensuring the accuracy of their orders for delivery services
- able to work under timelines and daily deadlines
- import/export liquor orders with suppliers: LiquorConnect, BDL, Sleeman, BigRock
- processing payments via online POS system and cheque deposits at bank
- Customer Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Statements of account for outstanding invoices
- Maintain filing
- interacting with Customers, Liquor Reps
- weekly inventory count and reconciliation
- microsoft work and microsoft excel
- handling confidential information regarding billing information
- customer service
- organizational skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. Albert, AB T8N 5A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
