**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives across new and existing communities.
- Support the organization of sales and homeowner events, including logistics and on-site support.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in maintaining the presentation of sales centers and model homes, including updating displays and marketing collateral.
- Help track marketing budgets and process invoices to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Take initiative in addressing and resolving challenges as they arise.

**You Will Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or marketing role (homebuilding experience is an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems.
- Experience with website CMS platforms and basic HTML (WordPress preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and graphic design tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in delivery.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to travel within the GTA.
