**Job Overview**

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Clubhouse Manager and within the limits established by the Boulevard Club policies and procedures, Club Ambassador to maintain close contact with members, guests and clients of the Club in order to ensure they have an enjoyable time, satisfaction of service and high-quality experience at the Club. Club Ambassador ensures all procedures are followed as per the set standards on an ongoing basis.

Specific duties would include, but are not limited to:

- Actively interacts with members, guests, and customers through varies activities obtaining their feedback about the Club overall experience to drive continuous improvement in member and guest satisfaction.
- Performs routine walk throughout the Club and its facilities to ensure Club service standards are adhered for the highest Member Satisfaction.
- Being proactive keeps communications open to all department heads to ensure awareness when dealing with any issues and discuss new programs & services.
- Responds to and tracks appropriately members complaints and ensures corrective action is taken to achieve complete member and guest satisfaction.
- Tracks member and guest satisfaction through available resources, builds action plans when needed and acts on its execution.
- Conducts routine inspections of the various areas of the Club and takes immediate actions to correct any deficiencies.
- Ensures the physical Club is kept safe and clean, by completing mínimal cleaning tasks themselves and contacting Housekeeping and/or Maintenance as needed.
- Completes required daily administration, including but not limited to end-of-day reports, service standard checklists, etc.
- Ensures all security incidents, accidents are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the key personnel of the Club.
- Always control all movements inside the Club’s premises and prevent suspicious persons from entering the premises and not permit persons who have no reasons for being, to remain on the premises.

**Job Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the Private Club or Hospitality Industry (Front Office, Guest Service etc.).
- F&B experience will also be an asset.
- Smart Serve and Standard First Aid & CPR Certification required.
- Is flexible and available to work weekends and evenings.
- Is always well groomed and personable.
- Has strong verbal & written communication skills, well organized and detail oriented.
- Has the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and solve member and team members related problems.
- Has the ability to work independently or with a team as required.
