We are looking for someone who is a strong line cook, leads by example and can work with our current leaders to grow the kitchen. Role/Responsibilities:
- Continuously learn, observe and maintain Liberty Kitchen systems and operations
- Consistently execute food to our exact specifications and within our time standards
- Participate in menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control
- Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Make certain that proper food safety practices are followed
**Requirements**:
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Kitchen systems focus in a corporate environment
- Flexible work hours
- Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail

Compensation: Hourly plus gratuities

**Salary**: $19.00-21.00 per hour with the full compensation package
