**POSITION**

We are seeking a Security Associate Project Manager (APM) to support the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and AV infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and AV infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for IT and AV infrastructure
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT and AV infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and third-party contractors to ensure timely delivery of IT and AV infrastructure components
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager on project progress, issues, and risks
- Help manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans reviews, status reports, and technical specifications
- Assist in the review and management of requests for information (RFI) and change orders (CO) related to IT and AV infrastructure
- Participate in regular reviews of IT and AV infrastructure to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of industry physical security guidelines and standards
- Basic project management best practices
- Problem identification and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Bilingual preferred, not essential.

The APM will work closely with the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager to ensure that IT and AV infrastructure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
