**About The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for all Micromine offices.
- Partnering with managers globally to drive recruitment outcomes.
- Proactively searching and engaging with high-caliber talent to fill key vacancies.
- Creating campaigns to build international talent communities for future recruitment needs.
- Exploring industry best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Participating in ad hoc HR projects to provide a recruitment lens.

**About You**

You will be an experienced recruiter (internal and / or agency) with exposure to working for or with complex service delivery organizations.

**Other key skills, experience, and qualifications**:

- A proven track record in end-to-end talent sourcing for white-collar technical and professional staff.
- Exposure to recruitment environments where the focus was on direct strategic sourcing.
- Confidence to coach managers throughout the recruitment process.
