Long Term Rental Facilitator

Nanaimo, Canada Budget Car & Truck Rental Full time

**The duties for this individual includes**:

- On a daily basis, track all Long Term Lease vehicles on the required spreadsheets.
- Provide written quotes, as required, to any customers requesting vehicle/rate information.
- Enter Reservations, Open and Close rental agreements as required.
- Maintain tracking of rental equipment on the required spreadsheets.
- Maintain a schedule to ensure vehicles involved in long term rentals are serviced and inspected as required.
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to Budget’s standards.
- Inspect vehicles, as needed, at open and/or return, for damage repair and/or cleaning cost recovery.
- Audit all long term lease rental agreements to ensure rates, charges, damage recovery, etc are accurate and complete.
- Establish and develop relationships with our long term rental customers

**Ideally, the successful applicant will have the following qualities**:
1. A high energy and positive attitude

2. Prior experience in vehicle rentals would be an asset

3. Good customer service and relationship skills

4. Good basic understanding of the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets

5. Strong computer skills

6. Mechanical experience and/or aptitude would be an asset.

7. Effective communication skills with customers and team members

8. Accountability and integrity paired with a strong work ethic

9. The ability to multi task and work in a high volume location

10. A valid BC Class 5 or better drivers license with a clean driving record

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
