**Position Function**:
The Journeyperson Carpenter is responsible for completing assigned tasks efficiently and with a high attention to detail. The Journeyperson Carpenter must be meticulous, eager to learn, a self starter and align with Stattonrock’s core values and mission statement. This position assists the Project Managers in all aspects of renovation and general construction.

**Key Position Objectives**:

- Manage daily schedule, ensuring efficient and effective productivity
- Use learned skills to execute projects to Stattonrock standards
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following and enforcing mandated standards and procedures
- Framing houses for renovations and new builds
- Analyze and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying sub-flooring and installing walls and roofing systems
- Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, molding and hardware
- Measuring, cutting and joining materials made of wood or wood substitutes
- Repairing and renovating wooden structures
