Position: Contract Administrator

Opportunity: Multi-Year Municipal Road Rehabilitation, including Watermain & Sewer

Location: GTA

Minimum Qualification:

- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant discipline, such as rcca, from OACETT. Additionally, a PMP accreditation would be an asset
- Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of recent Ontario-Based experience in support of project management, contract administration, cost engineering, construction sequencing, relative to large and complex engineering/construction projects
- Must have experience in at least three (3) verifiable Ontario-Based projects including two (2) of which are combined roadway and water or wastewater related, preferably municipal projects

Expectations: As a seasoned CA, having full, and direct responsibility of CA Office, and Site Inspectors, while functioning as the direct liaison with the Contractor in overseeing all construction operations, and other matters related to Client, Sub-Consultants, Third-Party Agents, and Regulating Authorities, and other tasks assigned by the PM.
