**Position Overview**: We’re looking for a part-time Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team at Woodgrove Centre. This role is ideal for those who have a strong interest in marketing, social media, and fashion retail. You’ll support day-to-day store operations while helping grow our brand through creative digital content and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Help plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing campaignsSupport visual merchandising and contribute ideas for brand storytelling
- Greet and assist customers, process sales, and provide excellent customer service
- Capture in-store photos/videos for social and promotional use
- Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
- Work closely with management to grow community engagement online and instore

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in (or returning to) a marketing, communications, business, or related program
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and sustainability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong social media knowledge (especially Instagram & TikTok)
- Comfortable with photography/video and content creation apps (e.g., CapCut)
- Energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic about vintage fashion and sustainability
- Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
