As a **Inside Sales Associate** in our Mississauga branch, your essential duties will be to:

- Attending to customers by telephone, fax, or in person at the counter. As required, assist customers by identifying specific or alternative products based on their requirements
- Entering sales orders for products selected and ensuring that all documentation is completed for the sale including price and delivery information as well as verifying stock availability
- Performing general housekeeping duties of the counter area in compliance with health and safety practices
- Providing customer feedback to the direct manager

Working within a fast-paced, computerized environment, this position requires an energetic and outgoing individual who is detailed-oriented and strives for 100% accuracy. He\she must be able to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner on a daily basis, work within a team environment, and be self-motivated. The ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships will contribute to your success in this position

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education (or equivalent)
- Minimum of two years of counter or customer service experience
- Be computer literate
- AS400 experience would be an asset
- Product knowledge of the electrical business would be an asset
