We have two bed rental available at Lash Common.

Are you an experienced PERMANENT MAKEUP ARTIST with clientele looking to be your own boss or looking for somewhere new to run your business out of? Our space was just fully renovated

Do you want to:

- make your own schedule of hours and holidays
- sell your own retail products
- keep all your profits
- work in a space that has an open concept (all 8 beds are in an open area)

Also included in your rent is:

- rolling stool
- fully custom leather bed with easy access for your legs to fully rest underneath
- memory foam pillow
- glamor light
- stainless steel cart
- acrylic organizers
- porcelain sink directly beside your station
- use of large ring light for portfolio
- use of bathroom, waiting area, and storage for your products and equipment
- magazines, cups, coffee, tea, water, toiletries
- staffroom for breaks
- assistance in promoting your business on ALL of our social media platforms and biweekly newsletters
- cross promoting with us to increase your clientele
- signage on windows and front waiting area
- utilities
- wifi

*Free parking lot right out front

*Rent is $800. After 3 months will increase to $950. Willing to negotiate a lower rate if a 6 month to 1 year contract is in place

*Must have your own liability insurance for all your services.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
