**Summary**:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator is the liaison between the Company and our 3PL and vendor partners. They manage the flow of information related to our inbound and outbound shipments and orders, allowing our 3PL partner to effectively execute their services to our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with Vendor Compliance and 3PL partner to investigate and resolve any vendor mis-ships regarding overages, shortages, or wrong items.
- Investigates shipping discrepancies as reported by the call center and retail stores.
- Requests cycle counts / bin counts from 3PL partner as necessary to resolve shipping variances.
- Reviews daily 3PL productivity reports.
- Ensures that retail returns processing aligns to vendor terms and conditions.
- Acts as the liaison for interdepartmental and cross-functional teams for processes related to vendor services.
- Acts as the liaison for vendor communications.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and vendors.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Distribution & Logistics is preferred
- 2 - 4 years’ experience working in a retail supply chain, distribution and logistics environment.
- Adapts to change in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time well
- Excellent interpersonal skills
