Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an on‑site position based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, offering a competitive salary, group health benefits, professional development support, and an excellent work environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate and track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Communicate with vendors to confirm lead times, pricing, and order status. Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouse and project sites. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Assist with sourcing and procurement of materials based on project and production needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and stock levels. Support the operations team with supply chain reporting and documentation. Resolve supply issues or delays in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders. Assist with customs clearance and freight logistics when necessary. Identify opportunities for process improvement in the supply chain workflow. Qualifications: Education: Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics coordination. Strong knowledge of inventory and order management systems. Experience working with vendors, shipping providers, and customs processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP software is an asset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience in the electrical or industrial sector is a plus.
