Olympus Canada is looking for an Associate Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This individual will be supporting various parts of the organization including but not limited to Sales Marketing Operations and Service. They will also be the go-to individual to turn data into correct and meaningful information to support all aspects of the business. The position will be responsible to provide Service contract profitability reports verify service profitability for new contracts and build models to improve efficiency in various parts of the organization and gain visibility in areas of progress. This position will also be responsible for working closely with IT for the maintenance and improvement of current dashboards programs and reporting solutions.

**Job Duties**:
The key tasks of the Associate Business Analyst are:

- Service Profitability
- Reporting Profitability
- Evaluation for new service contracts
- Managing daily ad-hoc requests
- Creating queries in the Access database, building Excel models to support the business and building reports and dashboard in PowerBI.
- Managing the technical and financial aspects of Sales and Marketing programs and being the main point of contact for all involved departments from start to finish.

**Job Requirements**:
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with field personnel and other departments
- Ability to create and manage data

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Exceptional user of Microsoft products (Excel Access Word and PowerPoint).
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to solve problems of a complex and dynamic environment and provide creative solution.
- SAP and/or Data Sweep and/or Power/BI knowledge is an asset.
