**Position Summary**:
The Product Manager will lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of our cyber security product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security threats, technologies, and market needs to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure products meet or exceed market expectations.

**What you will be doing**:
**Product Strategy & Development**:

- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for cyber security solutions, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in cyber security.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the product team, ensuring customer satisfaction and advocacy for product improvements.
- Interact with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Prioritize product features based on business impact, customer feedback, and security requirements.

**Productization**:

- Establish and refine processes for productizing internal projects or services.
- Design, implement, and adjust pricing models for cyber security products to balance growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze pricing elasticity, competitor pricing, and customer willingness to pay to inform pricing decisions.
- Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in cyber security.
- Work with security teams to integrate security by design into product development processes.

**You have**:

- Training, certifications, and degrees showing continuous learning and a growth mindset.
- 3 or more years in a product or project manager role, preferably in technology or Cyber Security.
- Deep understanding of cyber security principles, threats, and defense mechanisms.
- Ability to translate complex security needs into actionable product requirements.
- Strong technical acumen; familiarity with security technologies like firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
- Strong data analysis skills for making product decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic visionary with the ability to navigate the fast-evolving cyber security landscape.
- Customer-centric approach to product development.
- Collaborative leader who can inspire and manage teams across disciplines.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, customer visits, or industry conferences.
