**Store Details**:

- We are located inside the Cambridge Centre, in Cambridge.
- Our restaurant is a Chill only, so our menu focuses primarily on Dairy Queen chill items, all DQ cakes, along with Orange Julius products.
- We are partnered with Skip the Dishes, Uber and Doordash to offer delivery to our customers

**Job functions include**:

- Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
- Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans to the Dairy Queen brand
- Assist fans with menu navigation and product ingredient questions
- Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service
- Calmly solve fan concerns and embrace Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards
- Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
- Prepare treat products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures
- Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members
- At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
- Make and Decorate DQ cakes according to Dairy Queen standards
- Breaks down and cleans chill area thoroughly at the end of every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader.
- Clean work area, organize and stock needed items.
- Move various treat and cleaning items from other areas of the mall (storage room) to immediate work area.
- Stocks and executes proper rotation of products.
- Completes assigned prep work for stocking and set up of chill area.
- Sweep, mop, stock and other cleaning tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Accountability**:

- Operates chill area in accordance with established PRIDE standards, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for quick, accurate and safe treat production process, while practicing established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
- Assists in the success of the restaurant by ensuring guest satisfaction through adhering to company standards for quality, value, service and cleanliness.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with all restaurant employees to foster and promote a cooperative and pleasant working climate.
- Communicates all significant issues, both positive and negative, with management staff.
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and promptness

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
