**Job Description**:
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional property maintenance services and complete various tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform a range of landscaping duties, including but not limited to planting, mulching, weeding, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and property cleanup.
2. Assist in the installation of landscape features such as trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
3. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition and safely stored.
4. Follow established safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
5. Collaborate effectively with other crew members to complete projects within specified timelines and meet client expectations.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring debris is properly disposed of and equipment is stored appropriately.
7. Communicate with supervisors and team members to report progress, challenges, and any issues encountered during project execution.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct at all times.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in landscaping required.
2. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
3. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment such as zero turn, walk behind, trimmers ect.
6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
