**Position Summary**

Fable is seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** to provide **hands-on leadership** on the floor at our Moncton distribution center. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for **coordinating daily operations, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead day-to-day warehouse activities during assigned shifts, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Direct, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment aligned with company standards and safety regulations.
- Use **ERP and WMS platforms** to track orders, manage inventory, and troubleshoot basic system issues.
- Monitor performance and workflow, addressing issues and escalating concerns to the Warehouse Manager as needed.
- Ensure all outbound orders meet accuracy and quality expectations.
- Assist with hands-on warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and receiving when needed.
- Support the onboarding and training of new warehouse team members.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments to maintain seamless operations.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
- Previous experience in a **team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role**.
- Familiarity with **ERP and WMS systems**; ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot issues.
- Understanding of warehouse workflows, including **pick/pack fulfillment and inventory management**.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work alongside the team and step in to support operations when required.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 2 years (preferred)
