**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service and hospitality, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment promptly.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant or hotel environment by performing regular cleaning duties.

**Skills**
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations.
- Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional food service to guests.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
