Atrium Resto is located inside a corporate building. It serves a wide variety of drinks, coffees and foods that include salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers and much more. Atrium Resto focuses on quality food at affordable prices and fast and friendly customer service.
We are currently looking for a Prep Cook that is available to work during the day from **Monday to Thursday 7AM to 3PM.**
The Prep Cook is responsible for supporting the kitchen staff. It Involves cutting and slicing various ingredients used for each recipe. As well as helping with ongoing orders and making other foods as needed. The prep cook is also responsible to maintain a clean workstation while properly following kitchen safety protocol.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients
- Slice and cut foods according to recipes
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff
- Assist with ongoing orders, handling the hotline and garde-manger area
- Monitor inventory and check freshness
- Ensure workstation and all kitchen tools are clean
- Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards
**Qualifications**
- Experience with food preparation and food handling
- Ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to co-operate and work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
