**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate cranes and boom trucks safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position loads as required.
- Perform rigging tasks, ensuring that all loads are secured properly before lifting.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and lifting equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Collaborate with ground crew members to coordinate lifts and communicate effectively during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including load weights and equipment usage.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns on-site.

**Skills**
- Proficient in crane operation with a solid understanding of rigging techniques.
- Experience in construction environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse teams.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to team members and clients.
