**As a shift lead, you would be leading prep and service shifts by ensuring tasks are completed on time and that the quality of the product is consistent. It will also be the shift lead’s job to resolve issues during the shift and communicate with managers when necessary.**

**Shift leads must ensure that customers have a great experience and are treated to a friendly and welcoming environment. Shift leads make sure customers’ questions and concerns are responded to and that solutions are reached when issues arise.**

**What we are looking for in a shift lead**:

- Strong Time management, organization, and communication skills are necessary for this role.
- Problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Restaurant experience.
- Can work in both French and English.
- Available for 4 to 5 shifts per week and can work on weekends.
- Wage and tip-out: _
- The advertised pay is a combination of wage and tip-out. At Pizza Toni, tips are shared among the staff equally based on hours worked. Historically, tips have worked out to be the equivalent of $3.50 to $4.50 per hour on top of your wage._

(e.g. $17.00 + $3.50 to $4.50 = $20.50 to $21.50)

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
