**Overview**

inlingua Victoria is seeking dynamic, active and enthusiastic ESL Instructors who love to teach. If you are patient, experienced and you genuinely care about your students, then we would love to hear from you We are looking for teachers who can start work next month.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize and prepare classes, including developing detailed lesson plans.
- Develop learning materials that support inlingua's learning objectives.
- Instruct ESL classes using a variety of teaching strategies, student assessment methods and activities.
- Provide support, supervision and encouragement to all students.
- Cooperate with other staff to provide a positive and fun environment.
- Clear and timely communication with the Academic Coordinator regarding student progress, programming and scheduling.
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the school's and students' changing needs.
- Assist with other teaching duties as needed.
- Attend mandatory staff training.
- Abide by inlingua’s Policies and Procedures for Staff.

**Requirements**:

- A completed Bachelor's degree.
- Accreditation as a TESOL instructor.
- A dynamic personality, available to work with flexible schedules, in a friendly, fast paced environment.
- Previous ESL experience either in Canada or overseas is an asset.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
