We're currently seeking a Business Management Instructor to join our team in Victoria, BC.
This is a part-time/on call (5-25 hours ), in campus role that will allow you to make a real impact on the lives of our students. As our Business Instructor, you'll be responsible for facilitating the development of our students' knowledge and skills in Computer Business and Business Management. You'll deliver engaging classes using active and collaborative learning approaches and participate in student advising and administrative duties.

This role is a part time contract role.

Along with teaching assignments in business, you will also be able to support the admin team in opening and closing the campus, supporting students when needed, and completing other admin work for other campuses.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Your organizational and administrative skills should be exceptional, allowing you to meet deadlines, manage student records, and respond to student inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to set up your class for success
Knowledge of accounting, finance and business math an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
