Parts Manager

**Bannister Cadillac Kelowna **is looking for an experienced **Parts Manager** that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at leading a successful customer-focused team. Previous experience at a GM dealership would be considered an asset.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Ensure your team greets customers in a friendly and courteous manner, assuring customers someone will be right with them
- Prioritize you and your teams' tasks in order of importance, and be able to jump from one task to another
- Maintain accurate department in/out counts of parts
- Ensure we provide complete and accurate quotes for parts
- Maintain strong relationships with various suppliers
- Ensure your team quickly and accurately fulfills parts orders placed by technicians for ongoing repairs
- Responsible for all inventory counts and reporting
- Comply with all written policies pertaining to confidentiality and use of company equipment
- Work with your team and the overall Service Dept to reach monthly goals and objectives
- Ensure your team is flexible when necessary and cross-trained to flip between wholesale, front counter and back counter sales
