**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary customer service that has been recognized as award-winning in our industry.
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs of sophisticated security systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of security setups to ensure optimal functioning.
- Interpret technical diagrams and manuals with precision and ease.
- Utilize advanced computer skills for operating our internal proprietary software.
- Employ specialized software tools to enable, program, and test security systems efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Mandatory high school diploma.
- A diploma or certificate in electronics is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in installing, inspecting, or servicing electronic systems is a significant advantage.
- Physical capability to engage in various activities including standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, sitting, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
