Birchwood has an immediate opportunity for a Digital Content Specialist Intern who will be part of a team responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing the Birchwood dealership, Jaguar Land Rover Winnipeg content and social strategies. Birchwood is looking for an individual who can produce written and video content that is engaging yet pointed that is focused on the automotive industry.

We are looking for someone with an attention to detail and love for creating content. By supporting overall marketing and communication objectives, this position is essential to help bring our brand to life. This is a Full-time position from May to August 2025. The position will be in person with its main site at Jaguar Land Rover Winnipeg.

**What you will do**:

- Produce and publish engaging social media content for Jaguar Land Rover Winnipeg based on existing content strategies.
- Coordinate content production planning, this includes coordinating, photo and video shoots with various team members
- Attending and helping plan various marketing events and opportunities

**What we are looking for**:

- Completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or diploma in Creative Communications
- Strong understanding of content best practices and has as a passion for branding, content strategy and modern design
- Copywriting—creating platform-specific copy for our customers while conveying a consistent brand tone
- Photography & Videography—basic photography and photo editing skills, including the ability to shoot videos via Instagram Reels and experience using Canva or editing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; articulate and skilled at telling a visual story and presenting to external audiences through audio, video, and written formats
- Experience using social media platforms. Ex. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
- Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset Valid 5F driver's license and own transportation to and from work
