**Job Details**:
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Location**: Concord, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research before creating content for our clients.
- Identify content gaps and give new ideas to incorporate.
- Collaborate with the creative design team to turn your words into impressive and engaging information sharing.
- Edit/proofread copy
- Contribute in developing social media plans
- Collaborate with internal team and clients to drive content development, strategy through execution, while providing social insights to influence the work
- Discover trending topics, community needs and interests of target audience
- Create social media reports around volume, sentiment etc.
- Provides social media coaching, direction and leadership support to team members

**Requirements**:

- A post-secondary degree in Journalism, English or related field
- Proficiency in conceptualizing ideas in words but also in a graphic sense
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite, Semrush
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms including social listening and analytics
- Well versed in keyword tracking & search engine tools
- Able to produce top-quality engagement across channels helping to develop and define brand voice guidelines across multiple brands/categories with demonstrated ability to execute channel-specific nuances, leveraging the culture and capabilities of each
- Strong Awareness of emerging trends and behaviors across social.
- Able to provide insights that influence future strategy, creative and media executions
- Strong reporting skills; can clearly summarize data into social media reports
