**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

- welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
- operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
- review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
- perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input, schedule service appointments for customers and manage the appointment calendar
- coordinate and process customer payments
- administrative duties as assigned by the accounting department

**About you.**
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
- previous dealership experience is an asset
- CDK 180 experience an asset
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
