**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for lot maintenance, parking control, and vehicle arrangement. Specifically:

- maintain company parking lots; rearrange vehicles as needed to maximize space and parking availability
- check incoming vehicles for damage
- maintain condition of showroom vehicles
- helping sales agents find specific vehicles
- organize vehicle displays
- taking vehicles to mechanics when necessary; replacing batteries within car keys, adhering to safety procedures and policies
- ensuring serial numbers on incoming vehicles match invoices
- receive vehicles into inventory by registering and storing keys safely, inspecting vehicles

**About you.**
- 1 to 3 years of previous vehicle parking; dealership experience preferred
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- valid Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- ability to adapt to a changing environment
