As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a driven and strategic **Business Development Manager** to lead client acquisition efforts and strengthen our market presence.

**Role Overview**

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing strong client relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy of Aeolus Staffing. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on building partnerships and has a passion for helping companies solve workforce challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across our core industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital outreach.
- Present Aeolus Staffing’s services to decision-makers and customize solutions based on client needs.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking all activity in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing structures with new clients.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and staffing demands in key sectors.
- Represent Aeolus at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
- Proven track record of securing new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the staffing needs in sectors like trades, logistics, construction, or manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if travel is required).
