**Role**:
A Junior Media Buyer identifies the best mix of media channels to deliver effective marketing or advertising messages to the targeted audience. You will work closely with the Senior Media Buyer and other teammates in executing the strategy and programs with multiple objectives from increasing the awareness of Viral Nation's top accounts, to helping them acquire customers and drive sales.

**What you'll do here**:

- You will be responsible for launching, maintaining and reporting on paid media efforts on paid social, search and programmatic platforms.
- Effectively communicating needs to ensure the success of campaigns to the Senior media buyer.
- Accountable for any relevant communications internally and externally
- Daily monitoring and optimizing of active paid media campaigns
- Retain quality control and adherence to overall media plan objectives
- Assist in preparing and presenting documents for internal and external initiatives
- Actively participate in agency workshops (i.e.) ideation sessions, training, new business, research, etc.
- Be able to speak to the media plans and strategies developed

**You'll need to have**:

- 2+ years of paid media buying experience at a performance marketing agency
- Must have an understanding of paid media both on a qualitative and quantitative aspect
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite
- Must have a strong eye for creative and overall marketing trends
- High level accountability of managing timelines and deliverables
- Have a strong understanding of marketing best practices, testing methodology, and optimization
- Fluent English: Speaking and writing
