Job Summary

The Production Planning Associate is responsible for supporting production planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, tracking production progress, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.

You will be reporting to the Production Planning Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in developing daily production plans and forecasts that optimize the use of materials, labour, equipment & budget.
- Coordinate tasks and activities across departments to ensure smooth production execution.
- Monitor production timelines and deliverables, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
- Develop and maintain technical product knowledge to communicate features to clients and answer questions related to their requirements.
- Coordination of internal resources to ensure the flawless execution of production.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive production documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and tracking logs.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and production proposals as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production Planning processes.

Other Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Change Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years related experience.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Proven experience with processes and procedures involved in developing and maintaining relationships with clients & vendors.
- Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills: abiliy to work under pressure, prioritize and manage time etficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- High computer proficiency.
