**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Manager of Loss Prevention the Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Support Centre Loss Prevention (LP) Programs to reduce shrink and ensure LP Systems are operational, while supporting stores across Canada with daily LP processes and functions

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As a Loss Prevention Coordinator, you will:

- Coordinate with vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining LP systems for new store openings.
- Ensure consistency and updates in loss prevention programs across the country.
- Plan and moderate meetings, both onsite and remotely, fostering collaboration.
- Support alarm systems and troubleshooting issues
- Prepare monthly reports, analyze data, and contribute to strategy improvement.
- Collaborate with the DLPM and Internal Analyst teams, maximizing efficiency.
- Provide ThinkLP software support and updates.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams.
- Serve as a contact point for store assistance
- Support report generation and presentation delivery.
- Take on additional tasks and projects assigned by the LP Manager

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Understanding of Loss Prevention policy and procedures and execution of tasks
- Good understanding of project management and vendor support
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and able to deliver projects within deadlines
- Time and project management skills
- Ability to analyze processes information, identify problems and trends and develop effective solution and strategies
- College or University degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with LP Systems, CCTV, EAS, Exception Reporting systems etc.
