**Title: Accounts Payable Clerk**

**Duties**:

- Processing both manual and work order invoices,
- Processing cheque runs, mailing out signed cheques,
- Dealing with vendors on outstanding invoices along with going through the monthly statements,
- Data entry information into Yardi,
- Reviewing, separating the distribution cheques,
- Filing,
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in A/P,
- Certification in accounting or finance is a plus
- Knowledge of Yardi is an asset,
- Attention to details,
- Highly organized team player
- Able to work unsupervised
- Must have the ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
