**What it’s like to be a Northbridge Underwriting Specialist**

Our Underwriting Specialists customize solutions for our clients when they need advice on Small Business risks. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk while being responsible for servicing increasing complex accounts in accordance with existing guidelines and business objectives.

**We want your talent**

**If you are great at**:

- Underwriting - executing renewal rates, evaluating, and negotiating proper rates
- Sales and negotiations
- Solutions orientated
- Developing and maintaining professional relationship with brokers and/or customers
- Coaching and mentoring more junior underwriters on team

**If you have**:

- 5+ years of Underwriting experience
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
- Strong customer service background
- Team-first mentality
