**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that promote products and services effectively.
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the customer base and enhance brand presence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

**Skills**
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with outside sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Knowledge of business development strategies to drive growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $33,500.00-$68,834.79 per year
