**Responsibilities**

**As a Digital Print Operator, you will**:

- Receive and process electronic and phone-based print orders.
- Operate and calibrate black-and-white and color digital printers, using Fiery RIP software to manage color matching and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Assist clients with their print and copy needs, providing consultations, timeframe estimates, and ensuring precise order completion.
- Print and process orders on-site and coordinate off-site orders from both hardcopy and softcopy originals.
- Perform graphic adjustments to digital files to meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Operate bindery equipment such as shrink-wrappers, folders, coil/comb punchers, laminators, and cutters.
- Create job dockets and submit them to billing upon order completion.
- Manage and maintain local inventory of paper and supplies.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on printers, including clearing paper jams, adding toner, and placing service calls when required.
- **Work with customer files using Microsoft Office, Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Fiery Command WorkStation.**
- Adhere to health and safety standards and demonstrate safe workplace practices.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required for inventory management and machine operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience using Fiery RIP software for color management and digital print workflows.**
- Advanced knowledge of digital copiers, printers, and finishing machines.
- **Proficiency with software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Fiery Command WorkStation.**
- Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience handling client-facing interactions and maintaining professional relationships.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Previous health and safety training is an asset.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
