**Your new role**
As a member of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Business Partner's role is to strengthen people practices and to provide support to employees and management. In this role you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, onboarding, compensation, organizational development, problem resolution, coaching managers and employees as well as participating in projects which enhance the human resources infrastructure and support the development of the business.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this position, you require a diploma/degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an intermediate human resources role where you have been hands on in recruiting, performance management, employee relations and organizational development. You are comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. You demonstrate adaptability and an ability to deal with a variety of audiences and levels of management. You are seen as a trustworthy influencer and someone who can take action but always keep the business’ needs first.
