**PallayPack** is a growing company located on the West-Island of Montreal, specializing in the design and manufacture of machinery for packaging pharmaceutical products and machinery for vaccine manufacturing industries. We have an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time **Automation** **Technician** to support our growth.

**The main tasks**:
Machine assembly (machine frames, pneumatics, electrical, etc.), testing, troubleshooting.

- Able to contribute and participate in project review assessments and participate in design/redesign of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Mechanically assemble and test machinery according to engineering and customer specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, assess problems and develop solutions working with Engineering and Programming team members.
- Strong Electro-technical background.
- Able to work with advanced automated machines and related hardware.
- Perform machine start-up with customer’s designated team and assist in after sales service.
- Experienced with technical products and have a technical background or interest.
- Electromechanical or relevant diploma would be an asset.
- 2-3 years of mechanical assembly experience is an asset.
- Able to travel - valid passport and driver’s license required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and/or food packaging equipment - a major asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
