Cannabis Co-Pack (CCP) is one of Canada’s only dedicated contract packagers of cannabis products. We service some of Canada’s most well-known cannabis brands as clients. Our services allow cultivators to focus on growing premium flower by leaving the packaging and logistics to us.

Job Summary
We are seeking a person to fill the role of Inventory Coordinator in a licensed cannabis facility located in Brantford, Ontario. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for various activities that contribute to the real-time tracking and updating of cannabis and non-cannabis inventory as well as the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Ensure the movement of cannabis inventory is properly accounted for, as well as the daily reconciliation of the excise stamp log
- Issue cannabis to production daily
- Collect lab samples for testing
- Work alongside scheduling team to ensure inventory balances match scheduled production
- Review and investigate inventory variances alongside the Quality Assurance team
- Ensure inventory is appropriately labeled and documented and all cannabis inventory movements are tracked with real time inventory management software
- Provide cannabis and excise stamps inventory information to Accounting, Quality Assurance and
- Project Management teams for the preparation of CRA and Health Canada reports
- Verify documentation against specifications provided by the Quality Assurance and/or Project
- Management team for incoming and outgoing cannabis shipments
- Use inventory management software to properly account for all incoming and outgoin shipments
- Prepare outbound shipment of cannabis products by making necessary verifications against appropriate documentation
- Assist the Cannabis Inventory Supervisor to identify and execute on projects to improve
- inventory control procedures
- Maintain internal record-keeping systems using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in supply chain management, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory control or similar role
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel to develop, maintain and analyze spreadsheets.
- Excellent attention to detail, mathematics, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Stong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in high pressure situations
- Excellent communication and organization skills, strong work ethic and get it done attitude
- Able to pass Health Canada security clearance checks
- Qualified to work legally in Canada

Preferred Experience
- GMP manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in cannabis and working with cannabis inventory management software
- Health Canada Security Clearance

Hours of Work
- Typical work hours, some weekend work when required (hours may change based on operational needs). Balance is vital but so is getting the job done. You thrive on getting things done and recognize that while we always aim for it, the work week isn’t always 9-5.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-24.00 per hour depending on experience
