**Company Overview**:
We are a Quebec-based manufacturing enterprise specializing in producing injection-molded packaging containers, kraft paper boxes, paper bags, paper cups, and more. We also offer custom printing services. Our clientele includes medium and large companies such as Costco, Multiplus DM, Conglom, and Dorfin, as well as numerous local clients. Our products are heavily exported to the U.S., and we hold ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC22000 certifications, providing significant price advantages.

Sales Representative

**Location**:
St Jean Sur Richelieu, Quebec

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to expand market share.
- Understand customer needs deeply and offer product solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, and formulate and implement sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets (KPI) set by the company and ensure continuous performance growth.
- Track sales performance and report regularly to management.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food supply or packaging industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly goal-oriented, with strong resilience and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to independently develop the market and adapt to travel requirements.
- Fluency in English, French, and other language is a plus.
