We are looking to hire an **Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Manager** that will help us continue to build and grow our company.

**Role Summary**

As the AR & Invoicing Manager, you will be part of our Accounting team, ultimately reporting to our Financial Controller and the CFO. You will support our efforts in AR and Invoicing, overseeing the team and participating in processing, and ensuring collections on roughly 500 invoices bi-weekly for our clients across Canada

This is a vital position within our company and needs someone ready to take ownership of our Invoicing and AR and work in a self-directed manner while overseeing the department's performance and productivity.

This position would benefit from someone who has managerial or supervisory experience.

This position is full-time and will be working from our Vancouver, BC office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the AR and Invoicing team
- Supervise the bi-weekly invoicing to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Keep track of unpaid and overdue invoices to ensure the team has sent the necessary reminders.
- Participate in the functions of Invoicing and AR to ensure that key deliverables are met.
- Maintain an accurate record of AR transactions.
- Update and maintain invoicing records.
- Reconciliation of AR and invoices.
- Process and send out invoices bi-weekly.
- Effectively and professionally communicating with clients.
- Identify and rectify any invoicing issues.
- Communicate with clients to obtain payments within a timely manner.
- Create strategies and processes to retrieve outstanding payments.
- Prepare and present reports to the necessary management teams as required.
- Support all AR/Invoicing functions.
- Provide support to the Financial Controller or CFO as required.
- Provide support to the executive leadership team on projects and tasks as required.
- Various other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of relevant administrative or accounting experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing or supervising a team.
- Experience using Quickbooks or NetSuite.
- Post-secondary education or other courses in related fields is an asset.
- Accounts Receivable and/or Invoicing experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail.
- Experience using TrackTik is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Able to report to the Vancouver, BC office on a regular or as-needed basis.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
