Treads by Design is seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual to complement our team. This is a full time office position as an Auto CAD drafter; wage varies depending on experience, qualifications, and abilities. Benefits package after 3 months of employment

**Must have experience in Auto CAD. Framing experience is a big asset, but not necessarily needed.**

Typical job duties would include: drafting stairs and stair parts, producing production work orders, programming stair parts for CNC
**Training will be provided for all tasks**
Must have experience in reading and understanding blueprints
Obey and understand all safety requirements and wear all required PPE when needed
Ability to take direction and work with a mínimal amount of supervision
Performs other duties as required such as building stairs

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
